Who are we?
SpiritLife Care is an independent care provider offering a person-centred model of care to you in the comfort of your own home by the best people.
We understand how apprehensive you might be feeling about choosing care for yourself or loved one and that you would appreciate someone who takes the time to discuss your needs on a one-to-one level. By speaking to us at SpiritLife Care, one of our devoted team will arrange to visit you at home, hospital or in any other care settings to help you find exactly what you’re looking for and how you would like to be supported.
At SpiritLife Care we value your ideas and will work together with you and your loved ones to develop a support plan that will meet your daily needs and enhance you’re your quality of life at home. Once your support plan stating all your assessed needs have been agreed by you, you will be allocated a care co-ordinator who will support and monitor the care you receive from your care workers.
The care co-ordinator will undertake a risk assessment at the place care is to be delivered prior to the commencement of care, in order to minimise injury to yourself and the care workers. With your involvement your care will be reviewed and re-assessed at regular intervals to ensure that it is meeting your needs while still maintaining your independence
It is our aim at SpiritLife Care to achieve a complete client/service user satisfaction. Our client/service users expect a professional reliable service delivered on time and at competitive rates.
SpiritLife Care has a reputation for good service. It is the responsibility of everyone to strive to maintain this recognition.
We aim to provide the highest standard of care to all our clients/service users. In the community we will provide care to older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and those people with sensory loss to enable them to maintain independence and status within their own social circle. We will also provide the best standards of care possible to each service user who requires care as part of a team within hospital, clinic, residential and nursing home setting.
The work of our care workers range from every aspect of personal care and home management for service users with high needs (e.g. bathing, toileting, dressing, laundry, meal preparation, housework, bills paying etc), to daily monitoring and general support for those who are managing to meet much of their own care needs (e.g. appointments, prompting to take medication, mobility and functional task assistance, general living support).
Our services are for 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Many service users have family carers looking after them almost all the time. That family carer needs a regular break probably for one week in every four or six weeks. If the service user does not want to go into a nursing or respite home, we can provide a carer to live-in with the client while the family carer takes a well earned break
