Our recruitment procedures ensure that we employ highly experinced and qualified candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.
SpiritLife Care team are compassionate and always up to date on the latest health and safety issues. All our staff have undergone mandatory training, fully DBS background checked and insured and reference checks annually.
Our staff members are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety. In addition, all Personal Care Attendants will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ 11 or 111 in Health and Social Care.
